When I look back over my life anything that was worth while took time! My grades, which when I didn't put the time in it was obvious, sports, my marriage, and my parenting skills. The same is true for creating an impactful, interesting, and life changing student ministry. It's going to take time. Even the goal that Jesus came to this Earth for took 33 years! With that being said, it is going to take some time to see ultimate life change! we are taking Baby Steps, just like in "What About Bob?", to make these things happen! Please be praying for our students and students pray for other students that lives would be impacted! Although I usually like to make a habit out of disagreeing with you, on this matter I would have to say I think you are right. Something of this importance requires thoughtful planning, and prayer. It wouldn't do it justice to dive in without careful thought. It's kind of like building a house. If you just start building, you are going to have to make a lot of adjustments later, which takes a lot of extra time and effort, but if you take the extra time to draw up a blueprint, it makes things go a lot smoother.
